Hi,all.
I will land on Quebec, but move to Alberta soon. but, then I will be resident of Quebec or Alberta? What is the qualification of being a resident of Alberta?
How can I get residency of Alberta if I do not land on alberta? Is there anypne tell me the webpages which can answer this kind of question?
Thanks.

(in reply to: Residency Questions!) "Landing" is one thing, "residence" is another.
"Landing" is when you enter Canada as a permanent resident (which is a CANADIAN permanent resident, by the way), and "residence" is where you reside, or live. If you will live in Alberta, then your province of residence will be Alberta.

(in reply to: Residency Questions!) Canadian charters of human rights allow residents have rights to choose the place to live.
