Hello,
Is there anybody know the things about last remaining family member applications? I want to apply for my sister who lives abroad. My all family members are in Canada except her.I want to bring her to here under the humanatirian C.Ground. but i dont know how to apply.
Help me please.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS THE LAST REMAINING RELATIVE SEE OP2 SECTION 5.24 ON PAGE 18
SINCE ALL OF YOUR FAMILY IS HERE ACCORDING TO YOUR POSTING THE ODDS OF YOU COMPLYING WITH THIS ROUTE ARE VIRTUALLY NIL AND YOUR BROTHER SHOULD BE IN CANADA BEFORE SUBMITTING A H&C APPLICATION FOR LANDING FROM WITHIN CANADA.

i have the same situation, Roy is right she is the last member but you have family here. in other words if you are all alone without anyone even ur wife.iam still looking for a solution let me know if u got something

So there is no way for the last family member who lives abroad even under < im in same boat all my family in Canada even my parents are disable in toronto , and its seems there is no way round , if some find way will they update us plz>

My folks live in Canada and are estranged from my immediate family , live in a separate house and do labour work to cater to their daily needs. The estrangements and problems are well documented with the social workers.
Is there any way I can request for speeding up my application being last family member.
