Hi
Im Canadian and I married(July 2006) my DR boyfriend after one month of meeting him. We filled all our papers and sent them out on October 2006. November 2006 got an answer from the Mississauga Immigration Center stating i was approved and now the papers were being sent to Haiti for further process. But since then we´ve heard nothing, we have no idea if Haiti´s got the papers or not. The Mississauga center has told me i shouldnt call unless its been the 80% time frame which is 16 months i believe. If i filled out my papers correctly how long should it take? I know of a couple who married in January 2006 and he was here in July 2006. What can i do to find out info?
