Hi Experts:
I am new to this forum. I need two clarifications. One is I have been in Malaysia for one and half year on work permit. Now in India working as a software professional. How to take Police clearance certificate from Malaysia?
Second one is regard to IELTS. Is it ok if I submit my IELTS score after getting file number or if I I submit this score along with application will give good chances while in the processing?
Regards,
Subbu

(in reply to: Police clearance and IELTS) If you are applying in India then I think you only need to submit the forms first under the new simplified scheme. You can submit IELTS with other documents later on.The same goes for PCC.

(in reply to: Police clearance and IELTS) There is info on obtaining police clearances from Malaysia on the visa office specific guide for Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which you can find here:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37123.pdf
You may apply to Malaysian missions abroad or to the following address:
Consular Division
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Wisma Putra
1 Jalan Wisma Putra
Precinct 2
62602 Putrajaya
Malaysia
Telephone number: 603-8887-4000 (general line)
Fax number: 603-8889-1717
Web site: www.kln.gov.my
YES, you can submit the IELTS later.
According to the simplified process, you will be contacted by CIC and requested to take the IELTS when the time is appropriate.
Good Luck!

(in reply to: Police clearance and IELTS) If you scored 67 points in your assessment, it is enough to apply for Canada Immigration. All the remaining documents may be sent later when requested
