We got our file number in March 2006 with a letter told us to not contact the Canadian embassy in Tel Aviv /Israel and they will contact us within 24 month from started from March 2006. Does it mean that our case will be finalized during that time or it will be start processing after the 24 month pass. In e-client in the CIC web says that my casein processing since March 2006 what that mean. DO THEY WILL CONTACT ME SOON? One year passed and nothing happen please I need to know what happen with my case

What the letter means, is that you will be contacted between now and March 2008.
Currently, processing in Tel Aviv takes in average between 26-63 months.
E-client shows "In Process" since the date your application has entered the processing queue, but "real processing" begins when your application will be assessed. You will know when that happens, because you will be notified if you need to send more documents, if you need to come in for an interview or not, ....
Be patient, it will likely be another year before you hear from Tel Aviv.
