Hi,
I have applied for Quebec immigration. I need to know that whether I will have to be restricted to Quebec only or I will be free to live anywhere in Canada. Moreover, will my medical card, availed from Quebec, work in other provinces as well.

I am not sure about the medical card, but my relatives landed as Quebec Nominees, then less than 1 year later moved to Ontario after they found better jobs there. They say they could have done it earlier, but moved only after the new jobs were secured.

Technically, Quebec government can cancel your CSQ if you move out without actually establishing residence there. This can be termed as misrepresentation. However, people must be doing this so I guess you can also do the same.

"immigrationquebec" group on Yahoo Groups (http://groups.yahoo.com/) have a file with potential questions. I dont know how old these questions are, but might be a good place to start.
Also look at http://www.immigrer.com/. They may have questions there as well.
