Hi
I was wondering if anyone has experience as an american, coming to canada with a job offer and 7 years experience as a systems analyst...
but has a degree in business, not computer science...
any advice?

I think you´ll find it hard. It´s hard even for those with a degree in the right field, but even harder for anyone coming from outside Canada. They really value their own qualifications here. Why don´t you come up on a fact finding mission or check out monster.ca and others to see if there are many jobs or employers willing to hire you.
