Subject: Asking for IELTS validation period

If I apply Skilled Workers thru Simplified Application Process
and submit my application on 01.04.2007, and my IELTS exam on
01.05.2007, and CIC Canada visa office request me to submit
supporting documentation include my language test results on
01.06.2009, do my IELTS results still valid? Because it´s over two
years and CIC Canada required IELTS results should be within one
year of time.

Thank you!

If you take the language test within one year of submitting your simplified application, those results remain valid and will be accepted as supporting documentation by the visa office.

It means that if you take IELTS within one year of your PR application submission, the results will be accepted as supporting documents when they actually start processing the application.

Do you meaning is I must take my exam between 01.04.2007
to 31.03.2008 if I submit my application on 01.04.2007?
Or your meaning is I must take my exam between 02.04.2006
to 01.04.2007? Because in my sense, those two situation
are incorrect. Because I know that we can take IELTS
after submit my application.

Sorry to disturb you that can you answer my question
based on my pre-defined timeline? Because it is very
confusing when we are presented in long wording.
If I submit my application on 01.04.2007, what is the
earliest date and latest date of IELTS should be valid?
Thank you.

Your deadline according to what is written on the website should be 31.03.2008 for 1.04.2007. However, it is possible that they may even accept your IELTS if you take them at a later date say just before/after they ask for the remaining documents.

I´d ask the question again in order to make the question
more clear and simple:

01.04.2007 Submit the application
01.06.2009 CIC Canada contacr me to processing my case

what is the earliest and latest date I can take IELTS exam?

Thank you!

As I said earlier you can take exam within one year of submission i.e., 1.04.2007-31.03.2008.

May be you are not aware of people submitting proof of language proficiency and if CIC is not satisfied they ask them to provide IELTS results later on which I am assuming will continue to happen. Thats why I said they may even accept your IELTS if you take them at a later date say just before/after they ask for the remaining documents.

Thank you for your answer, very clear for me.

But I also want to ask, can I take the IELTS before submit
the application? Such as I take IELTS on 02.04.2006 and
submit my application with my IELTS? Thank you again.

I do not think so, as they have used the phrase "within one year". May be you can wait for other people to answer you.

Why don´t you wait till CIC asks you to provide documents?. You can then appear for IELTS. If at that time you think you need more time you can submit written proof of English language proficiency and they will ask you for IELTS later on cause thats what they have been doing.

Because I´m worry about it is not enough time for me
to prepare IELTS if they inform me

The other concern is if the test below they required,
I´m not sure do I have time to take the test again
if they gracing period is tight.

I also concern do my progress delay if they need to
wait my IELTS test result.
