Hello Everyone,
I have got my immigration visa and planning to enter Canada by May end. Is it require to carry all the minimum financial requirement (approx CAD$12700 for family of 2) along while travelling. I have the cash in my bank account wich I plan to transfer directly once I land in Canada and open an account there. If I carry around CAD6000 and take the proof of the amount in my Singapore Bank account can that satisfy the immigration officer as taking so much cash along pose a bit risky?? Can the immigration officer ask me to show the proof. Is carrying the proof sufficient ?? Kindly advice.
Regards
Sanjeev
