Dear all,
I have applied PR immigration in May 2000. Since these years we reapplied again as per the new act, send all the papers, medical report and landing fees as well. And at last today I recieved the court approved legal notice -´Rasolzadeh´ papers. I can´t understand now what to do for my next steps. As mentioned in the paper I need to wait again till 2007!!!! or anything else. Sharon, I found your reply very often. As a well wisher please let me explain it very briefly. You know I have already paid my landing fees. If this ´Rasolzadeh´ mean - I won´t get the PR visa then I will ask the immigratin section to refund the landing fees. Otherwise, I can wait till February 1, 2007 as I am very much busy with my doctoral studies. Please those who realy want to help me post me advise.

from what you are telling us, a decision has been made on your file. They would not ask for your medicals and ROLF otherwise. You are almost finished. Ignore the letter. The class action suit and the waits will not affect you. This is my best understanding of the situation.
