Question regarding the Canadian Rehabiliation program. What are the rules around maintaining it once it is issued? Let´s say the Canadian Rehabiliation was granted for a US citizen, years later you get pulled over for a routine check, the police end up charging you with a DUI? (very common in the States) Now because of this charge do you become inadmissible again? What if you take the necessary legal steps so you are not convincted and the case gets dismissed? Are you never allowed to go back to Canada ever again now?

Check that even if the case is dismissed will NOT show up in your police record.
US dpt of Home Land security and CBSA have a share data base.
Which is based on you date of birth, place of birth and name. The info is in the readable band on your passport.
If it pops up in the screen of the CBSA officer you will be in trouble. (More likely you will be refuse of entry).
Double check before you leave the US.
