Has anyone ever been denied PR visa due to anything related to this?

Our application is two people with my spouse as the main applicant. My spouses (main applicant)medicals are good as are the rest of mine but I had to do my urine test twice. The second time still came up with blood (very minimal the nurse told me) but immigration is particular so I have been told to do some renal scans. The DMP said they are going ahead and sending the rest of the medicals for both of us to Ottawa while making a note that further details on my urine tests are pending. Do you know or have any idea how this might affect the time to PPR or a refusal for the case?

dying to know....

You will not be refused based on medical results UNLESS : 1. You have infectious disease or
2. Your health status needs excessive health care.

Your question is not clear, did you submit the results and Ottawa asked asked you to do urine analysis again or your doctor told you to do it again ?
How long did it take Ottawa to send you the second request ?

They had not been sent to Ottawa. My doctor asked me to do it again. The other tests were fine (syphillis).

In this case try to see what is the reason for the blood in urine and treat it. Hopefully it will a minor condition like cystitis.
Best Wishes

Hi

We are also in the same boat. my husband is the secondary applicant, had protein and blood in his urine, that led to Ottawa sending us a letter for more tests, many times, that done, the tests revealed my husband has Chronic Kidney disease. Seeing a Nephro now, and attached a letter again from the Nephro to Ottawa. Final letter sent on 11th Jan, waiting anxiously for the final result. Till now I could see that it delayed our process by more than 2 years.
I think if any disease is discovered then they wait for a few years and repeat tests again to see if the condition worsened or not.

I hope this is not the case with you, but just an outline.

Thanks
