I got my car loaned from Estern Bank of Massachussets. I´m planning to export it to Canada so I sent email to tha bank and they told me that I should pay the loan in full before I can export it.
My question is, will there be a bank in Canada in which I can transfer the loan. It´s a 5 year loan and I paid only for 1 year.
My other option is to sell it in the US but that would be my last move because I really want to keep the car.

If I am understanding correctly, you are moving to Canada right as a newcomer?
The thing is that as a newcomer you have no credit history and even after you receive your SIN number the problem is that it doesn´t even exist in the Canadian credit buro.
It is going to be hard to get a loan from a Canadian bank without a credit record.
You may try though.
Best wishes

(in reply to: Transferring of car loan from US to Canada) When I got the loan in the US, I don´t have any credit history also.
I just want to know if anyone had tried this and which specific bank in Canada.
