Sorry for the earlier submission.
I would be grateful for any assistance with this issue.
Assuming I am a permenant resident of Canada, recently landed from UK:
1. Is there a definitive time limit before I can sponsor a parent or is it after a complete tax year?
2. Can the parents buy a property, stay for six months on visitors visa, leave the country returning to UK for a few weeks and return for six months keeping this process going until such time as a family sponsorship visa is issued?
Being of retirement age there is no need for them to work and would have private medical insurance and means to support themselves.
Any help very much appreciated.
