To Roy or Uniden or anyone who can give me information,

I have a previous forum:

http://www.canada-city.ca/canada-immigration/posting.php?messageid=18908

where I was asking how long it would take since i´ve won my appeal/adr, and if there were any other reasons if my wife could be denied again.

Well now as of March 7th, I can no longer access e-cas system, I have tried with my client id, imm5401 and her file #, but the information is no longer available and the page says:

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.

Can you please advise as to whats happening with my file, has it been sent back to India? are they gonna issue her a new file # now or something? why can´t I access my information with my client id? I know she still hasn´t received any ppr or anything up there yet. I know I sound a bit paranoid but I´ve been fighting for 2 years to get my wife here and now when i´m so close these little things that happen get me worried.

You did hire a representative to assist you with your appeal? That is were you should be asking what is happening with my file since that person was paid to assist you. Have him or her call Gerald at CBSA and see if they have actually informed the Visa Post yet regarding the outcome of the appeal/ADR.

Gurbinder sometimes they are real slow at informing the Visa post to continue with processing.

As per Roy said have him or her call Gerald at CBSA and see if they have actually informed the Visa Post yet regarding the outcome of the appeal/ADR.

And by the way his full name is:
Gerald H. Johnston @ CBSA

Cheers
