I am an american citizen and would like to marry my mexican boyfriend who is currently in the united states. He is working without papers. We would like to emmigrate to canada. Would the time he spent in the United States without documentation affect emmigration to Canada?

im a canadian living in the united states. i have been here for bout a year and a half. i dont have papers to stay. i came to visit and just stayed. question if anyone can answer if married an american would it be easier to stay. also without papers to

My name is Edith and I´m a canadian i´m going to marry a man in the united states however his papers expired so now he is illigal in the United States. I want to bring him to canada, so would i be able to marry him in the united sttes or do i have to marry him in his own country?
