  Alrite...

I would like to thank you all for your assistance.

My spousal application is ready but I still have a few questions;

1. I am a student and I havent worked for a year do I still need to submit an Option C report?
2. I read Roy´s comments on picture requirements and was glad to see a good explaination but my husband and I live together and we often take our own pictures on a timer.. would that be a problem?
3. My application is being made from Out-of-Canada in India. Does my husband have to wait in India until then?

My husband is currently staying with me in Canada and has applied for an extension of his visitor visa. Does he need to leave Canada to re-enter if the immigration is granted?

Will wait for your replies and a list of most common errors.

Thanks

Anita

1. Income is not an issue when your sponsoring a spouse or dependent child. Uniden find it in the OP2 manual.

2. Why would it be a problem but it would be better to have a kid take pictures when the too of you are relaxing around home. After a while you will get bored and the pictures will look more natural then on a timer.

3. He is visiting but resides in India. See schedule one address section and put down that he resides in India because he does he is only visiting you in Canada, CORRECT?

Dates on the forms when you or he met family and friends. Communication errors and lack of showing a bond.

TY 4 nice comment.

Yes, your husband will need to leave Canada and re-enter to land, but he does not necessarily have to return to India. While waiting for his PR to be finalized, look into options for either getting him a visa to enter the States, or find out about leaving Canada but not entering the US (possible at some border crossings) to accomplish this.

Option C (in reply to: Spousal Application Ready....Roy's Comments)
Thank you for everyones feedback but I have a few more questions;

1. Do I still need to attach the Option C print out?
2. I have letters from him parents, our friends but none from my family because they do not know of our marriage. Would that be a problem?

I have explained in my application why I havent told my parents anything even though we both speak with them and after our marriage we even went on a day trip to Niagara falls.

Roy you mentioned about the LACK OF BOND, could you possibly stress on that? We were dating for 4 years but unfortunately we never saved the cell phone bills thinking they would be handy but we have all the mails, cards, pictures, movie tickets, our trip to the UK, pictures of my surprise birthday thrown by him, letters from his parents & our friends, we are also putting pictures of the big gifts he sent me, etc.

Please reply.

Thanks
Anita
