I have hired KAM International. they do not provide proper service. they do not refund. they do not reply your emails. they are some robbers. please read other complain http://www.laborlawtalk.com/showthread.php?t=67443

Just because someone has a nice web site, speaks ones own language, is a member of a defunct organization (AICC), took some community college course does not prove they provide a quality service.
On the other hand just because the person is an authorized representative does not mean that they always provide a quality service either. Lawyers are not required to take any courses in Immigration Law prior to representing clients. Some Consultants and some Lawyers are super and other are..........enough said.
Any representative can have a bad day and we are all human and make mistakes, some mistakes are caused by the clients thmeselves.
This forum is an excellent way to assist others.
All the information one needs is (IN THEORY) on the world wide web but few have the time to grasp all the details. If your concerned hire someone but put him/her through a long consultation to ascertain their knowledge and get a contract that spells out all the details.
People like Sharon, Uniden, Bill, etc. etc. can be a great help along the way, who ever they are. I for one have never met them but I feel like I know them.
Sorry to hear you had troubles with Kam International.

In fact, they grabbed my phone number from Internet and a guy called Mike called two three times and convinced me to pay them.
I have no idea how I can refund my money but at least here I tried to inform others about this firm.
You are absolutely right and lawyer are not necessary especially when we can get help as you just explained.
