Hi I´m a canadian citizen who married my husband just last year, he is a US Citizen. He was denied entry into canada in 2005 because of a DUI which occured in 2001 he was questioned at the land border immigration and answered honestly and was deemed inadmissable. We went back into the US to get all the necessary court papers and documents stating his conviction and we went back to border crossing and was granted a TRP into canada, he did not go back into the states ever since so he has overstayed his TRP. We have a newborn who is 5 months old and my husband has been working and being paid cash, and now I am pregnant and awaiting the arrival of our second child and I want to sponsor him but don´t know where to begin and how? Would it be better for him to go back into the states and apply there or can he stay with us here in canada? I don´t know how I would manage if he had left us, any suggestions or information or even someone who can help me would be very much appreciated!! I´m in dire need of some help....don´t know where to begin....
