| Subject: Can you use E-CAS (at the moment)? |
For about 6 hours now I have been trying to check E-CAS but I keep getting a message saying that it isn´t working. Try againn later. Just wondering if anyone is able to access it or if this an across the board problem. (5PM Pacific Standard Time Monday, March 12, 2007.)
