Can someone please help me out? I am a Canadian citizen and want to bring in my mother and aunt on a visa to Canada.
I have heard that if you apply for immigration for your parents the process takes about 2 years however a visa can be issued immidiately after you have applied for permanent residency.
I have heard that you can also apply permenant resident for your aunt or Uncle as well. Since i am applying for permenant resident for my mother my sister can apply for our aunt.
Questions is if we applied for their permenant residence would this allow us to get a visa for both my mother and aunt to come to Canada? Is their another way? Can this be done without applying for their permenant residency?
I would appreciate any answers. If this cant be done then i have to go back to Pakistan which i don´t mind but i really have a great job and just don´t want to leave.

Do you want to bring them to live with you in Canada or just for a short visit?

i just want them to get a visa so they have the option to come here and go back
