At last we´ve made that interview as an enterpreneur, however there was a missing document the declares the number of the employees, a thing that upset the interviwer , however he informed us that the only chance in front of us is that he´ll review our file , we submitt that missing document 5 days later , any body have an idea about our chances to pass ?

Make sure you write a nice covering letter (explaining why you are sending this document and your file no etc.) for attention of the immigration officer with C.C. to consulate general (wherever your interview was conducted) and send the letter needed which is sent by courier.
This will look professional and clear any remaing doubt regarding your case raised during the interview; plus you have proof that any missing documents have been sent.
