To Uniden,roy and others on the forum.
If a persons H1-B visa of total 6 years is done in US I guess he has to be 1 year outside US.if the person has a PR card and goes to canada and stays there for that 1 year can he in that 1 year period visit US on a visitor visa.Any tips and suggestions appreciated.

Normally the US looks at the new PR of Canada establishment in Canada as well as the reason to visit the US before issuing a US visitor visa. There are so many variables the answer could go on for ever.
