Subject: ANY HELP PLS!!!!
  Hi Guys,

I am under a student visa status and i did not graduate yet. I have a HRDC validation. HRDC validate my work permit for immigration and my employer want me to start working. I think immigration will not give me a work permit if i am a student unless i graduate and this will next year!!!

My question is do i have a chance to get my landed if my employer need me to start working in two month!!!

Thanks a lot

No way you will be approved as a PR in two months. I have a question for you though.

If you think that you do not qualify for a work permit, why do you think that you may qualify for a skill worker?

Under CIC´s criteria it is harder to qualify (work wise) for a skill worker than for a work permit.

I think you may have a chance to qualify for a temporary permit. But that it will depend on your ties to your home country and what reasons can you provide that you intent to leave Canada at the end of your permit.

Just a thought.
