| Subject: spousal imm/general question |

I know the approximate waiting time for a spousal sponsorship from Buffalo is 6 months. The question that i have is: Does that 6 months include the month that we had to wait to get Missauga to approve the sponsor and send it over to Buffalo?
Please help, a fictional time frame is better to look at than nothing at all.

No - Mississauga is supposed to come up with a sponsorship decision within 45 days. Then the file is transferred to Buffalo. The Buffalo processing timelines are theirs alone.
