Subject: As a Student Spouse
  Hi all,
I lived in the US for many years waiting for my Green Card process, but did not work out. Now I live in Japan with my wife. My wife is planning for further study in Canada and I am the spouse. Is there going to be any problem to get visa as a student spouse, because I over stayed in the US.

Please advice.
