Why, how can immigration law allow Ashuri68 ..and catch&deport Hamster? Aren´t both looking for, immigration and better life in Canada? Both are willing to work hard (no burden on tax payers).

(in reply to: Hamster and Ashuri68..what is the difference?) seriously...people who work hard deserve to stay here.
I think he could find some skill workers or PNP stuff, if he has some skills oil sands needed, why not consider go to FM.

(in reply to: Hamster and Ashuri68..what is the difference?) My Q again is this: why does CIC system tolerate Ashuri68 but not Hamster..if we know that both are trying to go through a hole in the system?
Ps: With all due respect to both...I am talking in general terms

(in reply to: Hamster and Ashuri68..what is the difference?) refugee status is not a guarantee. Canada is a tolerant and compassionate country - that is why we make exceptions for those who are fleeing danger (not economic hardship). Intent is everything.
Hamster should make all of you angry. He is adding to the statistics that cause people to be refused visitors visas, he is wanting to not play by the rules - therefore he has lied to Canada when he obtained his TV, and he will continue to hide until we can spend our tax dollars to catch and remove him from the country.
Does Hamster really think he can find a black market job that will accomplish his goals. Maybe he can wash dishes in a chinese restaurant for $6 an hour. What will that buy him?

(in reply to: Hamster and Ashuri68..what is the difference?) Sharon,
Thanks. what u r saying is correct, at least in theory. But you may have missed my point. Ashuri68 is alo planning to come to Canada as "false refugee" in order to gain an access to Canada. Once in Canada, he will get married to someone in order to get his Cnd PR at the end (inlland asponsor). The answer from Roy and other expert was "YES" & he would be ok. So is there any double standard in the system? or what?

(in reply to: Hamster and Ashuri68..what is the difference?) there is no guarantee on refugee or sponsorship...

There is no guarantee for any single application, from SW to family sponsor. This is the fact. However, Hamster would have to live in fear, in shadow and if caught, he would be deported and red flagged. Ashuri68 would have his Work permit from day 1. He would work and earn. He would get married according to his exact plans and live warmly with his family in Canada. He would go to PRRA, appeal, H&C and all the list but while working legally. So the chance of his PR to succeed or fail, is like anyone else.
So, the system is unfair and a mess...LOL
