On cic webside i saw this:
The Right of Permanent Residence fee required if your application is successful.
what does it mean if embassy asking for lending fee does it mean that cas has been aproved.

(in reply to: lending fee and CIC) The RPRF is usually required for applicants who have received positive selection decision. It does not actually indicate yet if the application is approved or not since the final decision still lies on the results of the medicals and security checks.

how long does it take for passport request. it has been more than 7 weeks till my decision made . should i contact to embassy or just wait for my passport request.

I have completed my medical examination on 26th November, 2004 and also sent Landing fees on 6th December, 2005. My status is showing as "Decision Made" from 14th Jan, 2005 on CIC E-Client service mentioning the following:
We have started processing 10 October, 2001.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The
office will contact you concerning this decision.
Could you tell me what they meant by Decision made. Is this positive sign? If it is positive sign, how long it will take to get passport request to stamp PR Visa.
