Hi, I am very close to IA, agency i hired is terrible in service. they are now not returning my email or calls. I am worried about my papers will be lost if they don´t care. My agency is in Canada & I am in USA, so i cannot physically visit them as well.
Last time i had sent them some documents which i realized were never sent to CIC office
What should i do. How to get rid of this agency and do everything myself. i.e have all communication directly come to me from CIC office.
Please guide on what form to fill up & send where. Any risks in this process. My case is in Detroit office for skilled worker category

(in reply to: How to change my lawyer and have full control) Their is a small section on the IMM 5476 were you can remove someone as your representative. Be sure to change your mailing address as well at the same time.
The time it takes for CIC to update information may be a reason why nothing you recently sent is appearing on your file. It will take quite sometime for the Visa Post to change your representative so be careful about telling someone their fired.
The firm may have done nothing incorrect but it is your stress level that may be getting you to over react. There are always two sides to any arguement.
