| Subject: file transfer from Buffalo? |

Hi:
I applied for PR in June 2006 at Buffalo. I´m now getting back to my home country. I´m afraid if I give them my address at home, they will transfer my file from Buffalo to Damascus (which takes care of the files from my country and has a very long processing time). Any suggestion is appreciated.

Keep a mailing address in Canada. Also, buffalo does not always transfer the files but it may happen.

You can relax and change your residential address but maintain a US mailing address. Worry about the cost of coming back to the states for an inteview if requested.
They will not transfer your file to Rasht! LOL
