Hi ,
I am interested in immigrating to Canada .I am planning to seek help from an immigration lawyer. If any of you took the help of any lawyer please let me know your experience. I am looking for honest , efficient lawyer.

I have been using Balvinder Pahl from Pahl & Associates in Vancouver. I found him on the web in January this year and , although I was sceptical of most businesses on the web, I have found him to be honest, trustworthy and very professional. I am applying from UK.

His service is good, you can make an online assessment, if you pass he will accept your case.

Most immigration lawyers charge between $1500-$1800; but you know what you can always shop around and bargain. My friend who used a lawyer struck a deal for (Refundable-if case does not go through) $1500. So look around; before you commit to one!!

I hired Colin Singer of Montreal... he is always is quoted in Canadian press on immigration. His office has been responsive, made sure that several small errors which would have caused delays were corrected, and allowed a refun if the visa was not issued. He also has an excellent web page and discussion forum that maintains high integrity and intellectual maturity.

Most of the lawyers charge a lot of money!! I think you must be careful when you choose one.

This is a very complicate case, thus you need the best attorney on your side. I would recommend that you get an AV rated attorney only because of the complexity of the case. However AV rated attorney´s are very expensive. I found my AV rated attorney via www.konstantinos.org which associates only with AV rated attorney´s at a monthly low membership. All other lawyers I consulted prior to www.konstantinos.org I was not happy.

if you have degree, work experience, age under 45, no medical problems and few thousands in account,then you don´t need lawyer. an immigration consultant can help you. lawyer will no do anything special than what the consultant can do. so save 3 -6 thousands and look for good/professional immigration consultant.
talk to ROY or SHARON, they are helpful in this forum as well as to their clients!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am interested to apply for immigration to Canada.I would like to pay after getting visa. So the rate must be higher than normal. Attorney David Cohen is my first choice. If he does not agree I need another. I need help in this regard.
