| Subject: Visitors Visa while Family Class Visa in Process |

Hi there,
I am just wondering if anyone has had an experience in bringing his/her spouse/partner to Canada under Family Class. To find out beyond what I can read on CIC website, can I bring my spouse on Visitors Visa and what implications would that make on her PR application in case my spouse´s visa application is declined?

Unfortunately No. What you could have done is brought your partner before marriage on visitor visa and then began the PR work.

My husband is a Canadian citizen.We started the imm. proces for family class.Will the Canadian embassy open a visitors visa for me,being a Moldavian citizen?Thank you.
