hello, everyone:
I have a question regarding the Confirmation of Permanent Residence (COPR). On my COPR, under item 15: FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND RELATIONSHIP OF PERSON WILLING TO ASSIST, it prints: TORONTO ON DEST 3812. I am not sure what ´DEST 3812´ means. Does it mean I must land in Toronto? Can I land in a city other than Toronto, for example in Vancouver? Do I need to let CIC know about this change?

Except Quebec...you can land anywhere in Canada.
