I am a Software Engineer(java developer)
graduated from cairo university in Egypt,the biggest and most respectable university in Egypt.
I am working in a candian software inc. specialized in networking and telecommunication software development in Egypt.I have two years of practical experience.
and I would like to immigirate to canada.
can any body help me to know more about my job field in canda,life there,average salaries and immigiration procedures?

Basically, you are looking for Skilled Worker immigration, right?
There is a test you can take to see if you have sufficient points for immigration. It looks like you are in a good shape.
You will likely get about 20 points for education.
16 points if you speak English fluently. 8 more if you are good with French.
10 points for your age (I assume you are between 21 and 49)
If you have worked for over a year, that is another 15 points.
Now, if you manage to get Arranged Employment, you will have 71 point, which is higher than the required 67 :)
