pls help and seeking an advice.. i am currently in one of a decent city province in canada and just received my PRC. I came in canada thru Provincial Nominee. My concern is I have a good job offer in other city on onother province and plan to grab a good oppurtunity. Will I violate a policy or this will cause any problem in future? As what I know the one who sponsor is prohibited to sponsor again but mine is on other province now..

Did you deposit funds with province as security to remain in that province?
Canadian charter of rights give all residents freedom of mobility to live anywhere in Canada. No movement restriction.
Moreover there is no law in Canadian Act that will against you if you choose a province you like.

im here now in Winnipeg, Manitoba and came under Provincial Nominee... i don´t have funds deposited as security deposit..
They said I have to stay here for 2 years before I can transfer because...
