Subject: how to update the file

I have filed for canada immigration in 2004 for myself online. i did not add my daughter and wife to the application. Now i am on H1 in US. How to update my file and can i add my daughter and wife now. How to do that? Currently which years file is being processed?

I would appreciate any help on this!!
