| Subject: Visitor's visa to Canada |
My M-in-law is coming to usa to visit us from India. She has visitor´s visa. We would like to take her to Canada. Will she be able to get a visitor´s visa at the port of entry or otherwise? or should she apply for visa in India itself?

She WON´T be able to get a visa at the P.O.E.
If she show´s up at the border without a visa, she will be refuse of entry.
It would be better to apply for a visitors visa prior her departure to Canada.

Yes, if she has time good idea will be to apply in India with good support documents or in Us at canadian visa office
