yes you can sponsor him as a live in caregiver.
i am not sure though but my aunt paid a tax for the salary of this caregiver (i think that was on a monthly basis)that´s why she did not pursue it coz it´s quite high to sponsor a live in caregiver.

He should finish on a canadian accredited caregiver schools.

Unless he is an orphan and under the age of 18 you may sponsor him.

If not, it will be a tough cookie.

Your question is incomplete. You should give more details:
Age of your brother
Qualifications
Is he an orphan
Any physical or mental disabilities
and more to make your quiery clear

Where are you Roy??

Hey I was busy earning a living Almost Perfect.

You can not sponsor a brother he would get 5 additional points because you are a PR or Citz.

The chance of being able to adopt a brother if he is not an orphan is nil. Even so adoption is a complicated process at best.

If he has a needed skill the work permit option is the way of the future. Most work permit applications once one obtains a Labour Market Opinion is normally less then two weeks.

Finding employers is a little difficult but occupations in high demand like construction in certain provinces is something that can be arranged even without an interview.

The employer or placement agency applies to HRDC for a LMO and once permission is obtained to hire a foreigner your brother would apply at his visa post.

The details of your message are missing like Bill said and that is why few here replied.

Hey I guess everybody is taking it wrong. I am not talking abut family sponsorship. I wanted to know abotu Live-In-Caregiver. Anyways I checked with Service Canada and they said yes. As long as the job is valid and all the papers are valid.
Thanks
