hi!
pls.I have PR application in Philippines since April 2003,last month I received a letter from embassy,asking to submit an english profeciency test within 3 month,I took IELTS exam (academic)last September of 2003,So, my question...is it enough to submit the result of the said test I took? or do I need to take another exam?
please help.

No, IELTS results are only valid for one year for Canadian immigration. Why did not you submit the results when you actually took IELTS?
