1. Which is a better university for PHD in psychology. University of Victoria or York University.
2. How is the city Victoria in BC. How is the job market and how is the weather.

Victoria is a sleepy government town of about 30,000 with a very large suburb. It is also a city with tremendous beauty and fabluous weather. Tourist love it. The university has a good reputation.

I do not know about Psychology in particular but York university is quite well known even outside of Canada. If you are looking for PhD then don´t you think your potential advisor´s reputation matters more than university´s reputation?
