Hi,
I have applied for Canadian immigration but I wnat to go to Canada for a short course. Is there any rule that I cannot go or will a rejection of my student permit have any effect on my immigration procedure ?

no rule, but you will have to show very clearly that you intend to leave the country at the end of your visit.

There is no rule that can prevent you from applying for a student visa but it will most probably be rejected as you have already filed for immigration. If the student visa is rejected it will not effect your immigration application in any way.

I have completed BSc honors in Computer Science and I am working a distributorship company as a support Enginner during 5 months and also I am continueing my Master of Business Administraton degree in april 2, 2008. Now in this situation I want to know how could be possible to immgrant in canada othrwise I want to know what are the requirements are need to be an immigrant for canada.

You have completed BSc honors in Computer Science and instead of posting a new thread your continuing one started in December of 2004!
You need one year of related occupation to be accepted. Try again in a new thread.
