Subject: Divorce under the previous immigration rules
I could use some information if anyone has any.

I married my spouse back in April 2002 and her immigration papers were approved in August 2003. The reason for the long delay was because of changes that were being made to the immigration process.

Now that it´s 2007, things have changed and we are getting a divorce. She has been working full-time since 2004 so the issue of going on assistance at this point is not an issue. What is an issue is the whole responsibility issue for her - am I still responsible for her under the old rules or the new rules?
