My husband and I been married for almost 2 years,and 7 years all together, he is getting his US citizenship this year,I´m a Canadian Citizen, can I applied with the out of Canada application and he can visit me for the time he waits for his pr? assuming he gets 6 months as a visitor and when the 6 months are up, can we applied for an extention for him to stay a little longer? I heard Ouf of Canada applications take less time than within Canada applications. Please share your experiences and opinions, I will appreciate that very much

Yes, applications from outside of Canada are processed faster.
There are no restrictions for travel after Canada immigration application. Your husband can visit you in Canada or visit other countries while the application is being processed.
