What is your current visa status in Canada?????
You may be asked to go back to home country to apply for F1 visa. Please check the embassy website to see if you are even eligible to apply for F1 visa from Canada.

I have checked and I am eligible to apply for it.... but again there is a risk.. so wanted to know which consulate is more flexible in giving US VISA these days...
