Subject: Sponsorship (child turning 22 this august) HELP!
  good vibes everyone.

My daughter sponsored us including my 21 year old child. we submitted the application 2 years ago. Including my daughter as
an independent child?

As far as i know, only under 22 will be dependent.

what is the best way to so that she will not be dropped in the application? she will also graduate from school this march.

Please I need advice. I don´t want to set her off.

Is it true that if a student is continuously enrolled in school, she would still be dependent even she is over 22 already?

Please advised me the options so that she will still be in the application. I heard processing takes at least 4 years.

A son or daughter is dependent when the child:
* is under the age of 22 and does not have a spouse or common-law partner;
* is a full-time student and is substantially dependent on a parent for financial support since before the age of 22, or since becoming a spouse or common-law partner (if this happened before age 22); or
* is financially dependent on a parent since before the age of 22 because of a disability.

It is okay as long as you show she is dependent - has no job and most important continous education from " AN ACCREDTED GOVERNMENT UNVERSITY". Please make sure it is an accredited school college.
