Subject: IELTS test after the 120 days
I plan to appear in IELTS test after the 120 days time frame 1-2 months delay. I have applied in Skilled Worker Category and live in USA. I was asked to take the test in DEC 06. Status of my application online is in process.

Can anybody who had the same situation answer this question. If their IELTS score (submitted after 120 days) was accepted and included in their application assessment by CIC or the delayed score was not included in their assessment?
Thank you
Arif

Anything you submit before they do your IA is considered. To be on safe side you can send a letter that you plan to take IELTS but it would be outside of 120 days deadline.

I took the test on the 31st of March 2007 and received the result on the 16th of April,
I think the British counsel sent a copy to the visa office in the same time.

I think anonymous is completely right that I didn?t receive any refusal to my IELTS result because of a deadline of 120 days though I applied in Sep. 2006 and got my AOR in Oct.

In the AOR email they said only, I have to submit the IELTS in prior to the assessment; there were no deadlines for anything.
