hi i want to ask again if it´s faster to process in canada
or in home country visa office for parents sponsorship? or it should be submited in cic miss then to the consul in home country?

Before your relative or family member can immigrate to Canada, you must sponsor that person. Your relative or family member must then apply for immigration.

I hope you found your answers for dependent child question in the operation manual of CIC.

yeah. I just wonder if parental processing times improves. :( 5 years is too long :( but there is nothing we can do but wait

Let me copy you Roy´s suggesstion in one of the previous posts:

Get your parents into Canada on a visitor visa and have them submit a Humanitarian and Compassionate application. Technically 18-22 months

They have a multiple visa already. for about 4 years already. we always apply for a visitor visa.

How does this work?

my paretns own a chain of business. i dont want to sound proud but i think there is a less chance of approval for this field Humanitarian and Compassionate Consideration :(

I think Roy meant Humanitarian grounds to keep the families together and not because they are poor... I am sure Roy will be able to shed more light on this.
I think he is busy because of the weekend...He will repond to this Monday...hehe!

BTW where are your Parent´s chain of businesses..I am looking for a job...LOL!!;))

No the compny is not actually big. It´s just a salon for men and women... scattered in our city here in the philippines...

BTW, i read that info about HUmanitarian Grounds, it says the hardships if they go back to home country and etc... :(

If your parents have a multiple visa and chain of businesses... what is the problem in waiting for the immigration process to take its time. You can apply for their immigration and continue visits to each other as there is no visa/financial restrictions on you.

Just a thought...
