Hello,
My wife recently received her permanent residence (4 mos. ago), I being her sponsor. If I were to file for bankruptcy, would this in any way breach my sponsorship agreement and affect her perm. residence?

NO but you will not be allowed to sponsor or co-sign for anyone incl;uding her parents until you have taken care of all of your debts.

can i sponsor her to apply for immigratin.
