Subject: Need help about form IMM8GEN
  Dear all
I got a letter from Seattle office to do my medical and they want me to update my IMM8GEN form along with my schedule 1 and 3. Do you know what is this form.I found a form ?IMM 0008 (06-2002) E GENERIC?. In cic web site. Are these two are same??
