| Subject: Proof of Funding |
Hi all,
I need to know whether I will be required to submit my bank statement for the last six or three months or only a certificate from bank manager that I have this much balance as on particular date would be enough.

I submitted a certificate of Balance from my Bank in US and it was enough. This was once in 2005 and one recently when I had to submit an updated proof.

For now you can just submit a certificate of balance though showing bank statements for 3-6 months is better as bank certificates are seen suspiciously from Indian subcontinent.
